A GIRL OF 19,HELD OVER CHILD ABDUCTION

The police in Mwanza are holding a 19 years old girl alleged for stealing and escaping with an eight month old child .
Mwanza Regional police commander Mr.Jamal Rwambow,said the girl was caught at Giriku village in Bariadi District on Saturday.
The girl stole the child ( name with held ) about three month ago and went to thre village where she introduced the child her mine.
The enforces rushed the child to the hospital for tretment after they discovered that child was suffering from various diseases.

COUNTRY MAN CUT OFF THE HEAD OF HIS GIRLFRIEND

A country man cut off the head of his girl friend before hanged himself after met her with another lover in Matyuku village in Singida Region.
The Singida Regional police commander,Celina Kaluba,told bloggers that the man, named IsmailAlly aged 34 visited his girlfriend last weeek,and discovered that she was not at home.
Ismail Ally enquired the neighbours where she had gone,neighbours showed him the way she had taken while leaving her house.
Ally caught his girlfriend,Pili Shaban aged 29 with another man having fun in one of the interior area within a village.After witnessed that he was tripped and attacked his girlfriend and cut off her head.
According to Commander Kaluba immediately after commiting a crime.Ally ran away and found his body hanging from a tree in the nearby bush.

ILALA LEADS IN ROAD ACCIDENTS DEATH TOLL

Ten people have died and 123 others injured in 189 in road accidentthat occuredin the three police regions of the Dar es salaam special police zone.
Ilala leads with the numberof accidents,registering 75.It is followed by Kinondoni with70 incidents while Temeke with 44.
The accdents statistics,availed to the bloggers by Dar es salaam Zonal Traffic office,cover the week ending 30 October this year.
According to the statistics in Ilala five personsdied in three of the 75 accidents reported.Of the accdents,30 were serious ones which left 42people injured ,while 42 were minor accidents.
Four people died in four of the 69 accidents that occured in akainondoni.In addition ,31 acdents were minor ones where no one was injured .
And in Temeke ,44 accidents were reported,one of them causing death of one prson.In total,there were21 accidents that caused injuries to some 34 people ,while 22 accidents were minor ones no one was injured.

SEMISTER EXAMS TO START ON WEDNESDAY

Dar es salaam school of journalism semister exams to start on wednesday the Exams will involve only candidate s that had completed school fees ,Advance certificates candidates and diploma IIA ending the name of student at DSJ.
According to Examination time table postered on the notice board had a lot of instructions introduced to guide candidate because any cheating candidate will discontinue,written material does not allowed to enter in the examination room.
The exams wiil start 9th november -20th 2009.School Baraza will held by 21st november,2009 and Graduation celemony is going to held avenue Msimbazi center.

PAWAGA EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT

Before and after colonialism no women had garaduated to the high learning institution but only man had graduated from university of St.Marys in CANADA.Pawaga area which is situated west side in Iringa rural region and distance of 75 kilometres from municipal of Iringa.

Education development before 1961 and after colonialism meant after retained it freedom from Tanganyika had became Tanzania free country.Pawaga ward siatuated before Iringa region founded during in 1948 was only knowable region called South highland now Mbeya.

In 1948 only one primary school was established by colonialism to accomodate more than sixteen villages while population was 700 residents per each village.That primarys chool named Authority primary school now Kimande primary school.Itunundu primary school was second established by Roman Catholic Church authority was in 1953 under observation of Father Egdio Crema (italian).Itunudu primary school began with thirteen students.In 1956 Mbeya regional commissioner went to pawaga and ordered to close the school because students were very few than expecting number but Father Crema asked Regional Commissioner to gave him him time to look for students who will come to join in his school.Father Crema convinced himself to walk on foot far away more than ten kilometres daily to look children who were willing to learn.Father Crema got a lot of obstacles collecting children. Parents were scared because Father Crema was white (italian man) that needed him talk to parents giving promise that their children not going to die but they will be safety and get back after class hours.Father Crema supposed to live with other children who were living far away from school located.
In 1957 regional commissioner came back at itunundu primary school and met with a lot of students learning there.(to be continued recent)
